Recently, the 2022 "Tianhong class" for reserve cadres organized by Tengen electric was officially launched, and more than 100 backbone elites from the production, marketing and research system participated in the online launching ceremony. In one year, Tianhong class students will improve the comprehensive ability of reserve cadres, better focus on customer needs and create value for customers through diversified training methods such as reading exchange, classroom training, theme discussion, post practice and tutor guidance.

Recently, the 17 day 2021 "Youth class" of TENGEN electric was held in Jiaxing Tianzheng University. Focusing on the dimensions of "corporate culture, team development, career shaping, product general knowledge, production general knowledge, marketing general knowledge and practical experience", it provided training for the youth recruited by new vocational schools and helped them complete their transformation from campus to workplace.
